Karen Z. LaVere, AICP has been a planner since 2014 and and has held planning-related work for 12 years. Before starting Kazalav Planning, she held positions various roles within municipalities, a design firm, transportation agency, and planning consulting firms. She enjoys helping communities explore land development possibilities and is passionate about conservation and stewardship.
Kazalav Planning currently assists five communities within the Metro Detroit Area.
